This letter is to notify you that we will be taking your child out of school on the above mentioned day for a visit to a London Theatre to watch Matilda The Musical.
The children need to wear their VIAT logo white school t – shirt for the trip along with their VIAT logo school jumper. They will also need to bring a waterproof jacket with a hood.
Due to the timings of the trip, they will need both a packed lunch with a drink, and a packed tea with a drink to have on the coach. No chocolate or fizzy drinks please. If you are entitled to free school meals the school will provide the lunch part only.
Children may bring 1 small activity, such as a reading book or pencils and paper, to entertain themselves on the coach. No computerised toys or gadgets please. The children will be responsible for taking care of these objects themselves.
Please note that we will not be visiting the kiosk so do not send any money in with your child. Payment:- The PTA are kindly making a large contribution of £20 per child for this trip for which we are very grateful. The parental contribution for this trip is £24.00 to cover cost of entrance to the Cambridge Theatre and coach travel, please make the payment via The Gateway by Monday 3rd March.
It is via The Gateway payment comments section that we ask you to provide emergency contact details and any medical conditions or requirements for your child.
We will need a couple of parent helpers on the trip, if you are available can you please add a note in your child’s contact book.
