We have a very active PTA at East Borough, and we put on a variety of events throughout the year for our children and parents / carers to raise funds, which are used to enhance the environment and learning experiences for the children. We are pleased to be able to work in partnership with the school to achieve our aims.
Through this page on our website, you will be able to access information about our committee meetings, both in the form of agendas for forthcoming meetings and minutes of previous meetings, our calendar of events, and newsletters to keep you updated on what we have achieved and what is going on.
We always appreciate new ideas and feedback, so feel free to contact us, or to come along to a meeting or event. If you would like to get involved but are worried about how much you can do, please don’t be! Nothing is too onerous, and there are always people on hand to answer any queries you may have...

We have picked up our fundraising efforts with renewed energy this academic year and have been exploring different ways of generating income for the school. With more of us shopping online we wanted to share with you 2 very easy ways of raising significant funds just by shopping for your normal items in more or less the normal way.
Since August 2021, Amazon smile has raised over £158 with only 78 supporters – if more people were to come on board, this could easily raise over £1,000 a year without having to lift a finger. We wish to make it clear this in no way increases the cost of the items you purchase. You are simply indicating which charity you support and directing Amazon to pay 0.5% of the net purchase price to us from their pocket.
In a time where we are all stretched, we really appreciate your ongoing support. Look out in the School Bulletin for regular updates on amounts raised so far.
