Librarians needed!

At East Borough, we have a lovely library which is open at lunchtimes for our KS2 children. However, we can only open the library on the days when we have volunteers to supervise the children. Our current librarians, Mrs Valdiny and Mrs Wenham, are in the library on Mondays and Thursdays and do an amazing job. We are so grateful for their support.

If any other parents, carers or friends of the school can commit to a couple of hours a week to help in the library, this will mean we open the library more often. We need your help on either a Tuesday, Wednesday or Friday lunchtime. You will need to undertake a DBS security check first and then we can give both safeguarding and library training.
